Go for a walk or jog? Exercise has always proven to help with moods for me. Just strap on some headphones with your favorite music and walk/jog and it will be like your in your own world.

How about watching funny films (not romcoms!) or cartoons? Or humourous websites.

I find writing down what I feel and how I plan to get out of it helps; I just keep writing and writing until I'm sick of the topic and then I go do something else.

good idea Lene! I shall rent some comedies tomorrow and buy a notebook to write stuff down in.

I wish I was more able to enjoy things, Ive never liked music and I dont laugh at most comedy and dont find TV enjoyable and am not good at liking things that people generally do. I wish I could be more good/easy at life, I hate that Im so difficult.

You look really pretty in your photo. Why don't you cheer yourself up by considering yourself attractive?

PS - you don't like any music at all?

I promise you that there is a kind of music for EVERYONE!

I spend hours with my headphones on, just letting the sound vibrations pulsate throughout my brain, taking me to a different world, filling me with exquisite pleasure.

Seriously, it's the quickest and easiest way to cheer up.

I would urge you to make an attempt to get into music.

Hmm, and I know you said no substances, but a little chill pill could help.

Take a hot bath, and listen to your favourite music. :)
