right now i am barely just thinking. i can't do any work, or do it well. i don't enjoy anything i can't sleep. i just feel like i am drifting around all day. i feel like i have a headache and my arms are sore. i don't think i'm sick i think my brain is just making me feel that way. i'm tired too. nothing surprises me. when people try to cheer me up it makes me feel even worse.

dysthymia is amenable to treatment. it worked for me.
