Why People Won't Learn?

Why people won't learn stuff about you like your Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Learning Disabilities & other things. The people at the group home don't have enough training, they DON'T REALLY KNOW if they are doing MORE harm than good to you. What if they put you in the hospital or give you a mental breakdown, I had a mental breakdown over 20 years ago, I had one in public at an art workshop. I been accuse of stuff that wasn't my fault.

This is similar to something that happened and everyone looked and turned the other way. I was one of the bystanders as well and didn't know what to do either. There was no training or guide in front of me for what to do.
