Arrgghh! My f*****g boss sucks! First of all I don't even know about a particular situation and then when they tell me and advise an action, it back fires and that's somehow my fault and I'm trying to get advice as to what to do from my boss because the last time I took an action she told me not to touch it and now she's telling me that she "really needs me to handle this" because she's too busy. Oh yeah doing what YOU told me to do is so f*****g wrong that you told me to keep out of it and now I'm supposed to f*****g do it by myself when I know you're going to get all pissed at me for doing it 'wrong'. Well if it was f*****g up to me to f*****g make a f*****g descision then I f*****g would!!

God dammit!!

Just last week, I was sent out to advise a field crew. None of them listened to anything I had to say, and of course the field project went sour. Guess who got the blame?

Hint: None of the people who ignored my directions and screwed everything up ...
