I am so focused on getting a job and moving out that it's stressing me out. It's always the first thing on my mind at it keeps continuing.

I get jealous of people who tell me "This is why I left home," after I've told them about what things happened to me concerning my family and just wish I had some way to leave home, too.

It keeps coming back everyday and I can never get any sleep when I'm supposed to.

Happens to me all the time. I started taking some over the counter tablets to help me sleep called Restavit, I'm not sure what they have in America though, it's just a mild sedative I believe. You could also try doing some workouts through out the day, or before bed time.

Sorry to hear you have problems sleeping, insomnia is :(

I started this thread a while back, maybe it will be helpful for you.

Different people seem to find different things effective so it might be worth experimenting to see what works for you.

Hope you can get some zzzzzs soon.

I would rather not have medication, since I really haven't a job or go to school, I have no reason to wake up early.

Oh, and please no more reccomendations of pills. I'd rather have natural suggestions. My mom won't let me have pills.
