I agree!!!If you read between the lines of Fanta's story you may have infered that some staff don't want to allow for anything outside of the routine. The specialist from the school board said that total routine is not good either. They said that you should plan for POSITIVE surprises in the students day. Freedom and surprises are part of anyone's life. Give them as much as they can handle.
