it can be situational at times, like when you fight for something, or people just trying to look like there the toughest there because they themselves are so insecure about it that they have to prove it to everyone just so they can feel ok with themselves, like if someone thinks their tough and steps into a room full of people around his size, all of a sudden he;s wondering if he really is the toughest, thus he feels he must prove it, even though he's the only one caring about that.

Sometimes people get defensive, like in arguement which i also consider fighting ,like a verbal/mental fight.
You try and tell them something they dont want to hear/accept and they get very defensive and then lash out which
only furthers the problem, especially if the person telling them something wasnt trying to argue, theyllkeep trying to talk
and explain but the other person already isnt listening or thinking of a comeback instead of a resolution

I want to yell this out loud with my arms up in the air, looking to the sky (or ceiling of whatever shop I am in) sometimes. Often times.

So many people just engender this reaction in me. Not always in the aforementioned yelling-y way. Mostly I just want to look at them right in the eye (EGADS) and just calmly say ^ what you've written above....plus add on: "You are loopy. A loopy NT".
