Maybe I can't explain this right. Mine are more than just a pet peeve. They're things that I think are really, really wrong, and indicate the person is severely defective, at best.

Kids that run around with "modified" automatic Honda Civics that claim they can beat a Corvette.
Street racers (I had a few friends die in street racing accidents, and they always told me to race on a legal track only).
The neo-nazi wannabes in my town. I do have a policy that if I see them crossing the street, I'm not going to speed up, or turn into them, or hit the brakes. I'll just maintain my current speed and direction, and what happens happens...
Kids that act like they're "ghetto" yet live in a $400,000 house and drive a brand new BMW.
My neighbors all suck, and the only one that doesn't has cancer, and has a very slim chance...
Stupid people talking on cellphones while driving.
These useless smoking bans (even though most place don't allow cigar and pipe smoke anyway)

I hate all the same stuff you do, TruenoBlues, particularly the "ghetto" people in $400,000 houses.

Littering-Who the HELL do they think is going to pick up the garbage they just randomly threw on the ground. Why the HELL do people think this is okay? What is wrong with them? Complete disregard for others.

This, I think, is down to a severe lack of laziness. What annoys me even more than this is when people discard litter on the ground literally a few paces away or even next to a bin. You want to throttle them and say 'look, the bin's only there!! !! !!'

Parking in a handicapped parking space without a permit. This is willfully hurting people who need the space. You’re making their lives harder, making it so possibly they can’t get to a store, etc….just because you’re TOO LAZY to walk a few extra feet?!?

This really annoys me as well. And it's always a tosser driving a big 4X4 that shouldn't even be driven in cities anyway as they are land cruisers i.e. built for hilly, urban areas or for farming. This annoys me too - 4X4 drivers in a city.

Speeding-are you better than the rest of us that the speed limit doesn’t apply to you?

The only reason this annoys, in fact, infuriates me is because these speeders are putting other road users and pedestrians at risk. If they kill themselves from their own stupidity, that's fine.

Other things that annoy me:

-People who snot gobble/snort loudly - it's disgusting!! !! !
-People walking down the street that suddenly stop right there in front of you without sparing a thought for the fact that you were behind them and you are still behind them as they are blocking your right of way.
-People who refuse to listen to you properly and make assumptions based on bits that they could only be bothered to listen to. Half hearted tossbags!!
-People who are false.

About the speeders: They get into less car accidents on average. Reckless drivers that also speed are very dangerous. So is grandma doing 35 in a 45.

Bad grammar
Overuse of verbal fillers such as "um," "uh," and "you know." The last one bugs me the most because it sounds patronizing. The other two words merely make a person sound unsure of themselves or hesitant.
Drunk people who try to talk to me
Body odor
People who lecture to me and then don't follow their own rules ("Do as I say, not as I do.")

These things really enrage me at times:

People who jump queues

People who get into the eight items or less 'express' lane at the supermarket with a cart full of groceries

People who smell bad

Drunks

People who don't clean up after themselves

People who make a lot of noise late at night

People who invade my personal space

People who demand (yes, demand!) that I smile and talk for them

One big thing that annoys me:

People who don't take care of their pets

Everything that people are in the physical world; them simply being in our four dimensions, i.e., simply “being” there next to me. This has nothing to do with their overtly exhibited conscious self, which doesn’t bother me at all (I’m non-judgmental, whether it is learned or not I’m unsure of).

It’s not their fault that my brain cannot handle them in a physical environment....
