I tend to be barefooted all the time.

There is some kind of health movement, which advocates this, but, no, your feet do not get tougher after a certain point.

If you see me in sandals, it's because I can't go somewhere with bare feet.

If you see me in socks and shoes, they are probably being used as a bandage.

I wear the same clothes many days in a row. I also have the same brand and type of pants just in different colors, I don't wear any other pants, or jeans for that matter. Not that I can't tolerate doing so, but I don't like to. I always wear long sleeves, I never wear shorts. And pretty much everything I wear is 100% cotton (my favorite socks are actually wool though).

I'm prone to wear my bathrobe for up to a week at a time in the winter, and my birthday suit for a week at a time in the summer.
