I'm not productive, but I produce quality when I'm prodded. I've amassed enough examples that it looks like I've actually done something with my time.

It's either a lack of routine or a change, which completely derails me.

Don't give yourself a hard time about it. you can chose to be productive or not. If not, feeling bad about it won't help you
