Good Aspie Book for Adult/Adult relationship?
Page 1 of 1 [ 2 posts ]
I'm an Aspie, and my dad's an Aspie. He and my mother have been married for nearly 30 years and just recently figured out his diagnosis. My mother is interested in finding a book to help her communicate with him more effectively and improve their relationship. There have been many, many times throughout their relationship where she has felt that he was coming off as condescending or purposely making her feel "stupid", when in all reality he was only being factual and in his head he felt as though he was helping her.
So any good books for a completely non-Aspie woman to read to help with understanding a nearly 60 year old Aspie?
