Short aspergers syndrome info help?

Hello.
I am going to go on a classtrip. I have chosen to not inform all adults i have aspergers syndrome but i will have a short document (which i have yet to write) describing aspergers syndrome and i was wondering if anyone knows where i could find one (or do i have to write one myself?). Anything important i should mention?
