It depends on the speed you were running. If you were going constant sprint speed, then you would be lying. Jogging speed, it is possible. I used to never be able to run at all, then one day something happened ( i cannot say what, or else the magic will wear off ;)), then i was able to jog hours and hours nonstop without a problem. I used to go for hour long jogs every night and would usually quit cause i had to go s**t, or i was so bored.

The beginning is the hardest part, but once you reach a certain point, its nothing.

But on the other hand, you said you have a crippled leg, so yeah, you are superman.

I can't run a 1/4mile without my knee giving out.

On the other hand I now have reason to believe my knee giving out was due to seizures, not any problems with my knee, and that seizures were caused by physical exertion (and just about everything else one would encounter in daily life) So maybe when I get healthy and on the right level of meds I can run without such a problem

Could you be running in the wrong form?

I usually stop running if I:
Get tired
Reach my destination
Have to stop
Become bored

Tiredness is not an option and pain can be ignored, but I don't run anymore, mainly because before I was diagnosed with asthma, I was so used to not running as I would always be wheezing and I would have to concentrate severely on my breathing to control it. One time I had problems breathing for almost a week. When I got my inhaler, the ability to breathe so clearly was like going from having a bad cold to NO cold in a few seconds

Even though I love to run, I'm actually very poor at it.

I've had asthma my whole life. I ended up almost dying in an incubator at 1month old. Parents have been smoking my entire life, even after threats from my doctor for them to stop. Allergies and pets dont help, especially cats. Not to metion the occasional joint i smoke, yum yum.
