Bad plotting, bad dialogue, bad character development... all of that. My parents think that my writing's good regardless of quality. I'll show them. f*****g idiots.

So, what you're saying is that you're going to intentionally fail? Whatever floats your boat. Most people like it when there parents have confidence in them, however.

^^ Wooowww, yaye Giftorcurse! I perhaps believe that your little plan is very similar to that of the happy main characters within the film named "The Producers".

I thoght it was pretty good actually what I read of it. Eugenic Noir and AS-sassy girl with attitude. It would be a waste of potential. Needs editing .

its probably worth$$$$$$$.

I'm blocked , I don't care . I'm discussing Vulcans . You can write, use it.

So, essentially, you want to write a literary version of Stargate Universe?

Yes, it is a Springtime for Hitler. The goal is to prove how vapid and shallow the people close to me are.

The worst book would be the most offensively mediocre. The "worst" would get a cult following.

You'd have to work very hard to beat Twilight.

BTW, all loving parents are biased towards their offspring. They're unlikely to be intentionally deceiving you.

Like the Mel Brooks film "The Producers"?

I guess you have to master 'Commercial Suicide' before acting it out? I don't know.

I wish you the best of luck to deliberately fail to try and convey a message. It sounds very tough to do.

It also reminds me of Counter-Culture.

Films like "Un Chien Andalou" and "El Topo" spring to mind.

Deliberately unconvential and look "failing" on the outside, but have spectacular meanings and messages hidden as you dig deeper.

:)

EDIT: Also in music, Anal c**t spring to mind. The recently deceased Seth Putnam (front of the band).

"In one interview, Seth Putnam admitted that they had sent material to publications they knew would hate it, just to get bad reviews."

Got that from Wikipedia. Pretty much finishes off what I had to say. :)

You'd be wasting your time, and if you are talented, your talent. Write something good instead.

I'm trying to prove that I'm not worthy as a writer based on how it fails. If people want me dead for writing such a stink bomb, the gambit will be a success; I'm worthless. If Cloudcuckoolanders, stoners and/or airheads love bomb me about how unintentionally "deep" the book is because they read it while intoxicated or in Pretentious-Land (or both), the joke's on you.

it's better to aim high and miss than to aim low and hit your target...
