I have so many it's scary, but I think I'll just post snippets of a bunch.

I wanted you to know that I love the way you laugh
I wanna hold you high and steal your pain away
I keep your photograph, and I know it serves me well
I wanna hold you high and steal your pain away

-Seether (feat. Amy Lee), "Broken"

Still in love with all your sins
Where you stop and I begin and I
I'll be waiting
Living like a house on fire
What you fear is your desire
It's hard to deal
But I still love the way you feel

-Goo Goo Dolls, "Big Machine"

Do I have to spell it out for you or scream it in your face?
Oh the chemistry between us could destroy this place
Do I have to spell it out for you or whisper in your ear?
Oh just stop right there, I think that we've got something here

-Spill Canvas, "Staplegunned"

I know what you wanna say
I know it but can't help feeling differently
I loved you, and I should say it
But tell me just what has it ever meant?
I can't help it baby, this is who I am
Sorry but I can't just go turn off how I feel

-Jimmy Eat World, "Kill"

You're waiting for someone to put you together
You're waiting for someone to push you away
There's always another wound to discover
There's always something more you wish he'd say

-Vertical Horizon, "Everything You Want"

Think I'm going for a walk now, I feel a little unsteady
I don't want nobody to follow me, except maybe you
I could make you happy you know, if you weren't already
I could do a lot of things and I do
Tell you the truth I prefer the worst of you
Too bad you had to have a better half

-Ani DiFranco, "Untouchable Face"

She wonders how many more hours her heart will feel broken
In secret she says she needs to see him, but no words are spoken
She dances around in a circle, well she's got that feeling now
Blame it on something at first sight
Put the blame on me if you want to, to be continued

-Stevie Nicks, "I Can't Wait"

These tears I've cried, I've cried 1000 oceans
And if it seems I'm floating in the darkness
Well I can't believe that I would keep, keep you from flying
And I would cry 1000 more if that's what it takes
To sail you home

-Tori Amos, "1000 Oceans"

And those are just a few.

Radiohead: Creep

When you were here before
Couldn't look you in the eye
You're just like an angel
Your skin makes me cry
You float like a feather
In a beautiful world
I wish I was special
You're so f***ing special

But I'm a creep
I'm a weirdo
What the hell am I doing here?
I don't belong here

I don't care if it hurts
I want to have control
I want a perfect body
I want a perfect soul
I want you to notice when I'm not around
You're so f***ing special
I wish I was special

But I'm a creep
I'm a weirdo
What the hell I'm doing here?
I don't belong here

She's running out again
She's running out
She runs runs runs

Whatever makes you happy
Whatever you want
You're so f***ing special
I wish I was special

But I'm a creep
I'm a weirdo
What the hell am I doing here?
I don't belong here
I don't belong here

That's is by the band Scarling, who's singer started Jack Off Jill, not Radiohead.

I believe that no song at all would be the best representation of my Love Life, because I don't have one. I think there were one or two girls back in High School (Maybe even three) who might have been interested in me but that's only because they're the only ones to have ever talked to me. In fact one of them used to call out my name every day at school when she saw me and say "Hi" even if it was from a great distance, and that's more than I can say for most. I realise that's basically nothing but as I said, no song.

No, it is Radiohead. I'm quite familiar with Scarling and I know they didn't do that song. Maybe something similar, but I know "Creep" came out like four years before Scarling even formed. And Scarling formed after Jack Off Jill broke up Image

'Creep' was written by Thom Yorke (Radiohead singer) whilst he was at Exeter University and was released as a single by Radiohead in September 1992, later appearing on the album 'Pablo Honey' in 1993.

On the other hand, Scarling didn't form until 1999 and released a version of 'Creep' in 2003.

Oh, OK, I didn't know Scarling covered it. But it was originally a Radiohead song for sure.

Jesus, I should have looked that up first, then I'd know that they also covered a Pixies song.

Oh well, at least I got to mention them.

not the story of my love life.. but the story of my life...

Overkill
------------

I cant get to sleep
I think about the implications
Of diving in too deep
And possibly the complications

Especially at night
I worry over situations
I know will be alright
Perahaps its just my imagination

Day after day it reappears
Night after night my heartbeat, shows the fear
Ghosts appear and fade away

Alone between the sheets
Only brings exasperation
Its time to walk the streets
Smell the desperation

At least theres pretty lights
And though theres little variation
It nullifies the night
From overkill

Day after day it reappears
Night after night my heartbeat, shows the fear
Ghosts appear and fade away

I cant get to sleep
I think about the implications
Of diving in too deep
And possibly the complications

Especially at night
I worry over situations
I know will be alright
Its just overkill

Day after day it reappears
Night after night my heartbeat, shows the fear
Ghosts appear and fade away

Nine Inch Nails - And All That Could Have Been wrote:
Please
Take this
And run far away
Far as you can see
I am
Tainted
And happiness and peace of mind
Were never meant for me
All these
Pieces
And promises and left behinds
If only I could see
In my
Nothing
You meant everything
Everything to me

Zombie Girl - Creature of Night wrote:
I'll will be lost here forever
Underneath the stars
Waiting for the one
Before the rising sun
It's getting colder
Inside is smoulder

And all I hear them say is "Evil lies within her"

Please help me understand
Why I have to be all alone
Why can't somebody love me?
Please come and set me free

I will be here for you
Take care of you through all the nights
Why can't somebody love me?
Please come and set me free

I am the creature of the night
There's no love for me in sight

Marilyn Manson - Coma Black wrote:
I would've told her then
She was the only thing
That I could love, in this dying world
But the simple word, of love itself
Already died and went away

This was never my world
You took the angel away
I killed myself to make everybody pay

Linkin Park - Faint wrote:
I am a little bit of loneliness, a little bit of disregard
Handful of complaints but I can't help the fact
That everybody can see these scars
(...)
I am, a little bit insecure, a little unconfident
Cuz you don't understand I do what I can
Sometimes I don't make sense

Evanescence - Solitude wrote:
...Everyone leaves me stranded
Forgotten, abandoned, left behind
I can't stay here another night

Your secret admirer
Who could it be

Ooh, Can't you see
All along it was me
How can you be so blind
As to see right through me

And Ooh, Solitude,
Still with me is only you
Ooh, Solitude,
I can't stay away from you...

Vast - Touched

touched
you say that i am too
so much of what you say is true
i'll never find someone
quite like you
again
i'll never find someone
quite like you
like you

the razors and the dying roses
plead i don't leave you alone
the demi-gods and
hungry ghosts
god, god knows i'm not at home
i'll never find someone
quite like you
again
i'll never find someone
quite like you
again

i, i looked into your eyes and
saw a world that does not exist
i looked into your eyes and
saw a world i wish i was in

i'll never find someone
quite as touched as you
i'll never love someone
quite the way
that i loved you

Hey, Men at Work is one of my favourite bands!

"Creep" still applies, also to my recent situation, but last night as I was walking home, I was humming Beck's "Loser".
"Soy un perdedor - I'm a loser, baby, so why don't you kill me?"
