Embarrassed, I feel somebody may have ruined my chances

Recently somebody has been stupidly asking random women if they would like to get with me. I told them to stop a week ago, and the people they asked prior to today were all randoms, which meant it didn't matter to me. But today this clown ask that to somebody I was into, and was going to ask out myself. This has me stressed. My case of AS is seen as fairly mild, but making these kinds of connections is difficult at all, so having something go wrong outside of my control has me feeling very upset. This all happened this morning.
