I would think that half the forum could do with seeing a shrink then if that is the case, lol. She doesn't need a psychiatrist, in my opinion. Just a few more years to grow into herself, since she is not even yet 16.

In my opinion, seeking out someone to provide attention that an online forum doesn't seem to be able to give would help her grow into a more emotionally balanced self.
