See title. Motivation is non existent and im so exhausted most of the time that I feel immobilised. I eat sleep and get out walking every day. My diet is also exemplary. This post took a great deal of energy to compose

I found my frontal lobes would wake up when I took stimulant meds. or at least caffeine. all too often I feel like a bump on a log, without such pharmacological interventions.
