I'm not a f***ing attention seeker. I'm just upset.

i beg to differ, you've posted like 8 of these topics

if she posts so many of these topics maybe she really needs the support.

Perhaps I can be a becon of light here, berserker,
I hope you read this because I only do this once in a great while.

When I was born, I was afflicted with Whooping cough, This is fatal to 9/10 infants (I think, but seriously, It's VERY bad for babies, ECSPECIALLY newborns)
When I was 5 I nearly drowned, I was declared dead.
When I was 7 The same thing happened, I was declared dead and everything.
When I was 15, I was shot 3 times in the chest, I was lucky that the cop that pulled over to help me mistook me for an inuibriate, and honestly pulled over with the intent to arrest me, fortunately He found that I was stumbling from blood loss, no alchohol.
at 16 my mother abandoned me, and my brothers, We trekked in the mountains for three days to get to our grandparent's house. (When you live in the middle of nowhere, help is hard to obtain.)
At 18, I moved out, with no hope in sight, and in spite of my father's down-talking to me, I graduated high school, all by myself.

Do you know what these stories have in common?
Determination, Blind, idiotic determination, the belief that there is a goal, a prize out there for me if I keep pushing forward.
I don't know what my prize is yet, but I know it will be wonderful.
I know it will be worth it. and there's a prize out there for you, too, Ashleigh.
have faith, I know that one day you will find it, and trust me, You'll know it's worth it.

You're cool here. Mid-teen years are tough enough in a supportive family. With the lack of support you've posted about, it has to be brutal.

There's loads of times that I've felt that I cannot do something - anything - right. Especially since I cannot seem to keep a job and have trouble finding employment.

It's hard to keep your head above all the stress and what not.

It used to be that I got depressed because I was lonely. Now that I have a boyfriend, it seems like I'm depressed because I can't get enough alone time (ha ha! oh, the irony!).

Just take a deeeeeep breath (make sure you're breathing!) and let it out. Take one day at a time and force yourself to take it one day at a time. It's easier to eat a cake a bite at a time than it is to swallow the whole cake!

I have noticed that I can feel worthless when things are confusing me.
