Waking in the middle of the night to a loud thud, Jenna screamed in fright. She reached her hand out to turn on the light and something fluttered against it. Another scream pushed its way past her lips; she retracted her hand and placed it back into the safety of her blanket. "I can do this," she told herself. Taking a deep breath, she eased her hand from under the covers.

Therefore, in the heat of right, Wakko took heart and failed to Sora. Sonic and Shantae were chagrined by this, and therefore decided to talk about the ravaging cry. "But what if the masses couldn't catch Dotty?" Gabby asked. To this, Dot went berserk and megaton punched Gabby Goat. Finally, the pained sorrow of winds put together a chaos storm that consisted of talking cars, bathwater, Deep Nightmares, FISTFULS OF LOITNIN', and other picture postcards.

"This was the most strangest dream," Jenna thought to her self. The wonderful memories of her childhood cartoons played in her head, before the loud thud woke her up. She reached once more to turn on the light, but she then sensed a shadow move in the darkness. She dared not to turn on the light for fear of what might hiding among the shadows of her room. It took all her courage, but she managed to get up from her bed and stood there, waiting to see if the figure would show itself to her. Her heart was racing, she felt a chill, and small goosebumps formed across her arm.

Jenna ground her fists into her eyes rubbing vigorously to remove the images of her dream. Or was it a dream? She heard something move in the corner and gasped! The moon light streaming in the window giving the only light to see by, frozen with fear Jenna took a moment to catch her breath. Sonic and Shantae were still vivid images in her mind. She took a small step and felt something liquid under her foot. The bath water! had Jenna left the bath running? Looking at the clock she realised that she had only been sleeping for 2 hours.

Jenna made her way to the bathroom. It turned out that she hadn't left the bathtub water running after all. There was an ogre taking a bath in her bathtub! The ogre was so big that he caused the water to overflow. "What are you doing in my bathtub?" Jenna demanded. The ogre glanced at her and said, "I'm sorry, but I don't have a home, and I haven't had a bath in years, so I just had to bathe myself. I do hope you understand." Jenna, beginning to sympathize with the ogre, said "oh, alright, but you better clean up the mess you made once you're finished." The ogre agreed, and Jenna left him to continue his bath.

as jenna was returning to her bedroom, she became aware that the air around her was turning to mist, and a pale light was seemingly coming from everywhere. she was no longer fearful and was not concerned when the floor disappeared beneath her feet. floating softly in the mist, the color of a pale sun, jenna wondered if she was dead and this was heaven. had she been wrong about the existence of a god? apprehension gripped her as a figure started to materialize in front of her. could this be the answer to all the questions she's had all her life?

Jenna squinted to try and make out the figure, her eyes would not seem to focus. The walls of her bedroom began to fade away, the figure floated towards her and it looked as though it were trying to tell her something. The face appeared to look neither male or female, she felt a strange vibration in her head and new at once that the figure wanted her to follow it. She felt a great sense of peace come over her and realised that she was safe in the presence of this being. All around her was a mist it was comforting she felt herself begin to float and follow the figure, before her eyes was the most beautiful landscape she had ever seen.

Right in front of Jenna were three cartoon creatures of indeterminate species. Next to them were an insane blue hedgehog with gloved paws and a cynical smirk, a fox cub with two tails, and a voluptuous, belly dancing genie woman with a purple boxing ponytail. "W-who are you?" Jenna stammered. The toons introduced themselves first.
"We're the Warner brothers and sister!" they said. The tall boy, Yakko, was the eldest sibling, reminiscent of Groucho Marx; he wore beige slacks in which he could store many things, such as bologna. The small boy, Wakko, was quite eccentric, with a large appetite and the accent of Ringo Starr. He wore a red baseball cap and a cyan sweater. The girl wearing a flower dec and a pink skirt was Dot, the cutesy youngest sibling. Now it was the other three's turn to introduce themselves, starting with the hedgehog.
"I'm Sonic! Sonic the Hedgehog!"
"And his pal Tails," the young fox chimed in.
"The name's Shantae. Resident halfgenie of beauty and trickery," the genie woman proclaimed.

Jenna noticed that Yakko and Wakko were giving a "come on" signal.
"HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, NURSE!" the latter two crooned lustfully, making Dot cringe. She turned and faced Shantae.
"Boys," Dot asided.
"Really? I'm fine with Sonic," Shantae answered back. Sonic walked over to the Warner boys and yanked them off of Jenna.
"Eyyyyyyyy, no control, right, buzzy?" Sonic said in a thick Boston drawl. Tails quietly nodded.
"Anyway," Yakko mentioned, brushing himself off, "I found you before, in your house. We're paranormal detectives."
Dot added, "We six fight crimes committed by supernatural creatures. May you please explain your problem?"
"It started when storms raged through my neighborhood, making strange artifacts of evil," Jenna explained through tears.
"That one touching I'm with the not," Wakko asided.
"Anything more?" Tails requested.
Jenna elaborated, "Afterwards, the artifacts of evil raged through my home. An apparition with nothing on its face came in and lead me here. It said, 'Keep swingink' and puffed itself out of the plane of existence."
Sonic, pondering deeply, asked, "Ya got all that, Shan?"
Shantae answered, "There was a scream, Gabby Goat fooled off, storms made evil stuff appear in Jenna's home, Pinky and the Brain moved some rings around, a weird apparition appeared and played around, and then went away? Definitely."
Yakko, concerned about this, said, "Whoa. More serious than advertised! Anyway, let's see what this adds up to."

Meanwhile, the SELLAH WOH was sleeping smoothly. An alligator with big lips walked up to the jade hill. Then, he started to play his saxophone, only to cause angry aliens to burst out of a ghost's chest, exploding random 10-ring monitors around the whirl. Finally, an epic jazz tune came from the sax, and Tom was chasing Jerry.
"This is where the large, busted spirits are!?" Shantae remarked, astonished.
Yakko blew a passionate kiss at you, the readers, and said, "Good NIGHT, everybody."
"Exactly," Jenna said.
Huh. This is no Green Hill itself, Sonic thought. "So what clues can we pick up here, Wakko?"
"Elvy?" Wakko replied, holding Elvis Presley on a plate.
"No, no, no, not blues. CLUES. What CLUES can be found here?" Tails reprimanded.
Dot bounded over to where the ghost-smashing alien was, yelling, "Hey guys! I found one!"
Sonic gave a thumbs-up. "Perfect! But there's even more."
"I agree," Jenna said confidently.

Eventually, the gang reached a BOAT, at which a cyan female hedgehog - the stewardess, was greeting guests.
Sonic walked up to the stewardess.
"Yes?" the stewardess asked.
Noticing her figure, the Blue Blur did a wild take, and then blurted, "'Scuse us, ma'am. We're paranormal sleuths, and this gal, Jenna, is our client."
Yakko greeted, "Hello--" only to slap himself silly when he glanced at the stewardess. "...NURSE!"
Wakko simply followed suit. Tails and Shantae howled in laughter. Dot scowled at her older brothers.
"Pah. Men," she sighed.
"Come in," the stewardess simply requested.
The paranormal team rushed inside, taking Jenna with them.
