What do you do to help it? Do you do it on your own or do you have anyone to help you? What kinds of problems do you have?

I have a rare low vision disorder that includes some colorblindness & i also have a tremor disorder that acts up when doing things with fine motor-skills or when I'm anxious or stressed. I have problems tying my shoes so I wear shoes with velcro & have problems buttoning shirts so I wear shirts without buttons except when I need to look nice for something which is very seldom. I have problems cooking so my girlfriend does most of it. I also have problems reading the bus signs so I always ride buses with her. I also have problems shaving so I only do it when the hair gets long & I spend a long time in the shower doing it & redoing it.
