How can I help people understand better?

People around me do not understand. My cousins laugh at me because they think I'm weird. My oldest cousin is really condescending too. I have went on the bus with her and I think she was embarrassed to be with me because I was rocking back and forth. It's really soothing. It helps with anxiety and other symptoms.

My younger cousins tease me. My grandma says that my aunt and uncle talk with them about everything and that includes my private stuff. I dont want my cousins to know I have Autism and Schizophrenia. But it's too late now.
