I remember watching something where people were talking about this, and there was some woman who set up her own business and wanting to be a real life Barbie, who felt what we see on in the movies or whatever isn't a distorting process and even went on to say that ''At the end of the day, you don't ...

I don't know if historically we as human beings were used to in the past, used to being told what to do by one person or one group of people in charge going back as far back as the Pharoahs of Ancient Egypt or maybe even earlier. I don't know if its still prevalent in some cultures in parts of the w...

It surprises me that people are calling for national service to be reintroduced even though it was abandoned in the 50s or 60s during the cold war and no need for it during the rest of that period in the 70s and 80s. It's just the Tories hoping to appear to gammons who think the draft is a good ide...

Life is not a competition. Never forget that. Milestones do not tell you where you are. All they tell you is how far away the next place is. How come then do we see in shops, balloons and cards with 18, 21, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and so on ? If those are not also milestones then I don't know what is.

We all know the Nazis and the Japanese were brought to justice for war crimes and crimes against humanity after the second world war but few from the Allied side (Brits, Americans, Soviets and others) faced justice for any wrong-doings except a few court martials. I personally think all sides should...

I personally seem to think why can't people carry on with doing something until they really can't physically do it anymore. Obviously I do understand for example a 60 year old probably can't become a boxer because of the age but I mean it's in the music industry, film industry etc surely they shoul...

I can't seem to understand why I complain about things I'm ''missing out'' on when I don't really always like the things that other people do like doing such as going down to a pub with friends on a weekend and have a good time, or going to a club or ''missing out'' on the fact that other people of ...

There have been a number of times when my mum and her partner have got me in the kitchen to help and assist with the cooking and learn how to make certain types of recipes. Some of the things I've made (with some help) include naan bread pizzas, different types of pasta, sweet and sour chicken with ...

I didn't leave sixth form until I was 18 and I didn't go straight into a job and instead went to college to study a BTEC Diploma in art and design for two years. I didn't really know how to use money until I was 20. I did voluntary work at a couple of charity shops before I left them to go to Univer...

It's not just heart attacks but even strokes, cancers and so on. I seem to feel that as someone of my age I probably don't need to worry about them but I still hear stories of people in their 20s, 30s and 40s having these issues even though I seem think these types of things happen to much older peo...
