lenty of fibre too. If i need some fibre quickly i'll put them in hot water and drink. they break apart sort of when in hot water. They smell a bit weird if you overheat them though!

getting your face/hairs nice and warmed up helps. It's kind of awkward but shaving in or after a shower might work. You can get electric anti fog mirrirs, I've never tried one though. venger. Can you provide evidence to support your initial claim that the vast majority of addicts are ASPD? :roll: I already provided evidence after the first time you said that, so stop asking. I gave evidence that people with controlled substance-related disorders usually have ASPD and vice-versa....

The vast majority of hard drug addicts are sociopaths(ASPD). They think in extreme-terms about everything, so that would obviously make sociopaths much more prone to addiction. Evidence please I'd agree that ASPD people are drawn to hard drugs, i've read that many times but to say most hard drug us...

If strength is what you want then do Intervals. cycle as hard as you can for 10-15 seconds then cycle slow to completely recover and repeat. It'll kick your ass but you'll notice improvements. Cycling long distances will help somewhat but it can also cause you to burn muscle and will not be as good ...

you can always vape or eat it. Common knowledge is that vaping does not effect your airways negatively and it seems unlikely eating it would.

some people are far easier effected by it than others but 20x should really do it. I've always used a normal lighter but only ever used straight leaf or 5x concentrate. maybe the more fortified stuff needs the torch lighter? or am i just a super lightweight??
