I've noticed in the photo section that we all have really gorgeous eyes. And not just in shape and size, but the colours seem more vibrant and unusual.
I'm interested in the hereditary aspect of AS, and I'm wondering to myself if there is a link to eye colour.
I've been thinking of this ever since I saw this picture:
All three have amazing eyes! Is there something going on here, or am I just being a weirdo?
I know a lot of people don't want to post pics of themselves, but a pic of one eye won't give anything away, and it would be cool to get a good sample for added reference.
I'm also curious - do your eyes seem to change colour? Mine do, they are "Hazel" but sometimes are almost all green or almost all brown.
There was a Russian scientist who bred foxes, selecting for tameness. After several generations, the tamest ones had floppy ears, while the aggressive ones had pointier, standy-uppier ones.
So, perhaps in the same vein our unique mental structures are tied in to our eye colour. Silicon Valley, chock full o geniuses, has one of the highest autism rates in America - IQ is heritable as well.
