| When i was younger i could hold my breath for the longest of time (not really) for maybe about 40 seconds :) But then last year i got pneumonia and nobody knew that it was pneumonia until it got really worse when my temperature went to 104F for the whole day and my fever would not go away for days. ... |

| I don't know what it is, but it seems to me that relaxation of the mind and the muscles would be worth trying. The way I do that is with the rosary - I'm Catholic. It's not about prayer (although in my case it is) - it's about bringing your attention repeatedly back to the prayer - hmmm ... I don't... |
